Shasha Yoga is one of the Panch Mahapurush Yogas. It is formed when Saturn (Shani) is in a Kendra (1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th house) and in its own sign (Capricorn/Aquarius) or exalted sign (Libra). It makes the person a leader, wealthy, and powerful like a king.

It is a transformative time, not necessarily "bad." It brings sudden changes and demands attention to health and shared finances. It is excellent for Research, Occult, and Psychology but risky for speculation.

Mars (Mangal) is the Karaka (significator) for land and immovable property. A strong Mars is essential for acquiring land without disputes.

An empty 7th house is not bad, but if the 7th Lord (the owner of that house) is weak or placed in a difficult house (6, 8, 12) without any support, the energy for marriage becomes insufficient. The house needs "activation" through planetary aspects or remedies.
